Designing experiences is all about creating a genuine connection with the people using your product. It’s not the “feel” of a product. It’s the feelings you get when using it. Experts engineer those emotions.

So, why don’t we invest the same effort in our employees’ experiences? Especially when they are responsible for our users’ experiences?

Attendees are guests - named so that every employee is reminded to treat their customers as they would a guest in their own home. Employees are cast members, so they keep top of mind that their job is to play a role in their guests’ vacation story. There are no afterthoughts; everything is placed with intent and a spoonful of magic.
